In the mean time, @Sierra_Chart Engineering, is it possible for you to make an exception and allow me on an older version of Sierra Chart? There are technical reasons why this cannot be done. We cannot get into a long involved work to try to accommodate this. We will not do that and only run into problem after problem along the way. Why cannot you run the current version of Sierra Chart? If you want to use the old Rithmic connection that still is available and there is a bridge program available that can be downloaded which is needed for that.
