Looks like you are using Interactive Brokers. Restart Sierra Chart to get the updated symbol settings. Open a new chart for KC through File >> Find Symbol. This symbol has been added for Interactive Brokers. If you still have a problem , re-download the data with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download and press No at the first prompt.
