Support, I have provided the Message Log above.

Not sure how relevant this is, but I see this error in the log:

SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2 | 2021-08-05 09:22:46.799

This makes no sense whatsoever, because I have only 1 copy of Sierra running on this machine ONLY and its been up for several days. It's connected to Denali data feed and it was working perfectly up until yesterday afternoon. There is another copy of Sierra running on the same machine (separate installation) but it's connected to SC Data - All Services [data] and it's been running like this (in parallel to the main instance) for more than a week.
