Support, Yesterday shortly after 3 PM EST my Sierra Chart platform has stopped receiving ANY kind of data. No price updates going through for ANY symbol on ANY of the chartbooks. The account is in good standing and never been interrupted or deactivated. As a matter of fact, Sierra Usage time has just been renewed few days ago for another 6 months.
