The second full re-download should not be occurring, and we have determined the reason for the problem. This is not a new issue. It probably dates back more than a year. This is the first that we have heard of it. We are resolving this now. Should it connect to data feed, if I press 'Delete All Data And Download' or not? This does not occur, unless the historical data is obtained from the same server that the real-time data is from. In many cases this is a different server.
