The error message you mention is actually not an error message, but indicates that your study license has expired (your subscription was cancelled etc).

You are correct, the earlier v3 version of the study has just been discontinued by the start of July and the new improved v4 version is supported only.

If you are not a subscriber of the study or your subscription expired or you do not want to susbcribe to it, you can simply remove the study from the added studies list.

Otherwise please email me directly through my site with your SC account name from the email address you used when subscribed to the study.

Unfortunately I am not able to give personalized support through the SC board.
