There are a few possibilities. But, the first thing to be aware of is that the historical data from CQG is limited, so that may be the primary issue you are dealing with. The one item to look into is whether you have that chart as a Continuous Contract or not. It may be that you are not getting data further back due to the contract start date (which is right around that time for Copper).
