(a) Can i just paid for the respective cash index with funded account of approved data trading service? for example USD3.25 for NYSE index logging with OEC trader funded account? (b) Can i use CTS demo account and pay USD3.25 for NYSE index? The cash indices can be used with or without a trading account. You need to pay 35 USD a month for the data feed plus the exchange fees. You cannot just pay the exchange fee. You have to pay for the data feed also.
