What are the messages you are seeing that makes you think that it is downloading twice?
I'm seeing SC finishes downloading data, then it starts downloading it again from the beginning. We just tried this and we are not seeing the data downloaded twice.
I can reproduce it repeatedly. I'm not sure now, why SC does and does not connect to data feed after 'Delete All Data And Download' is pressed, my guess is that it's happening, if chart is missing new data from server. But that's just my guess, you should you that better, than me.
