Hi, I have followed the steps to set up the Denali Data Feed and have a fully funded AMP account, I have activated the CME exchange and completed the non-profesional agreements, I think I have followed the steps but the data is still delayed. When I go to the AMP account verification it runs through the process but the result is a bit confusing, please see attached image. There is also a section in the AMP control area to set up the Platform and which data service to use, I have not completed that as there was mention of doing that in the setup instructions, can you please adivse.
