We just tried this and we are not seeing the data downloaded twice. What are the messages you are seeing that makes you think that it is downloading twice? Keep in mind, that there is a difference between downloading and loading the data into the system. If you are seeing the white screen that loads the data and you think this is coming up twice, then most likely you are using a Continuous Contract and it is loading the data from two different contracts which are stored in different files.
