Maybe we should try to the Download installer again. Select the following link to download and run the installer. https://download2.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartFileDownloader.exe If you get a message that states "Windows protected your PC", then at the end of the paragraph you should have an link that states "More info" and is underlined. Select that link. You should then get a button in the bottom right that states "Run anyway". Select that button to go ahead and run the installer.
