Hi John, Hey I've been frantically been trying to get Rithmic to get back to me on this problem, they said I can go back to an older revision, are you able to do that for me? I've been down for 3+ days This is their reply: "We are aware that tick history retrieval with this interface is incomplete, and we are working to resolve this with Sierra Charts. You have a couple of options: Many customers have loaded Sierra Charts Minute bar charts from Rithmic with success. You might want to check with Sierra Charts and see if you can use the older version while we work on tick history." |
