You did not have enough funds in your account on August 1, 2021 to automatically renew the exchange(s) that you had active. It looks like you have added funds, therefore you just need to go the Recurring Services page and scroll to the bottom and then select the button for Reactivate Exchange for the exchanges you want to reactivate.
