We are not fully understanding your setup and what you are trying to accomplish. In general though, you need to look at the data that you are getting from the Study/Price Overlay and ensure that it is correct for what you are copying. Be sure to adjust the Data Copy Mode and Bar Time Matching Method for how you want to get the data into the chart.
