We do not know why there is a gap in the data. We do not give support for external data feeds, as we have just had too much trouble with them and this is another example of problems with the data. In order to ensure that you get the best data, and hence the best experience with Sierra Chart, we recommend that you use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can use our data and trade with Rithmic.
