Thank you. There is no need for any further Message Logs from another user about this. We are sending this to OEC now: We have many users reporting a problem where they are getting disconnected from the production FIX server and the other problem is where when we send the Logon message there is no response from the server. We notice both of these problems as well.
Here is a particular example. All times at the end of the Message Log lines below are US Eastern. The user is (Name removed). They are connecting to the production server as can be seen in this log line: Open E Cry FIX/FAST - Connecting to trading server prod.openecry.com:9400. | 2014-03-07 03:18:59 Here is a disconnection shown in the Sierra Chart log. What is the reason you show a disconnection on your side at this moment in time? Socket closed. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. | 2014-03-07 11:08:24 Here is a problem where the server is not responding after we send the Logon message. Did you get the logon message? Was it clear and not garbled? It should be extremely easy to determine what is going wrong in this particular case.
