We have not had a chance to look at this but we are looking at this now, and it does appear as though there is a problem. When scaling out, and a Target order is determined to be scaled out, the sibling should be used and not an order from the other OCO group. It has to do with the particular configuration you use. This should be easily resolved. We are checking on it now. The easiest solution for now is to use this configuration: OCO Group 1 - Target 100T
