I repeat that mine is absolutely not an accusation, I am aware of the "seriousness" of microsoft, I took the liberty of making an observation on sierra only for the fact that on ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS it makes the same mistake, where instead I would be waited for everything to work as always better than on w10.. I hope that you (since you are a thousand times more prepared than me in computer science) could throw them some solution on the OS settings ..
