No, the problem is definitively not on the Sierra Chart side. That is a complete impossibility. What we recommend you do is to use two separate charts to view the data that you need. Each chart can be set to a different date range. And you cannot trust what Microsoft tells you. What they told you was an absolute outright lie. Anyway it is pointless to say anything further.
