Our information shows that your Service is set to "Interactive Brokers. The message you are getting shows that the symbol is for CQG.

After you open the Chartbook you get from someone else, you need to select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to change the symbols in the Chartbook to the symbols for the service you are using. You need to do this for the Chartbook you already opened.
