To begin with, you have posted to this board with 2 different accounts. That may be part of the problem. Be sure you are using the one account that has Usage Time on it, which begins with TransAct_User_. As to data, you have not completed the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, therefore you would not be getting real-time data from us. If you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to go through all of the instructions at the following link (including activating an exchange): Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* As to the issue of multiple computers, it is not a problem to use Sierra Chart simultaneously on 2 computers. But, the exchanges do not allow the data to go to both computers at the same time without paying an extra exchange fee.
