For the record, the user at post #5 is in the Middle East. Regarding post #6, this is absolutely going to be due to Internet connectivity. If it is an issue, with the ISP being used by one of our servers, we would have to look at that. That is always possible. we will have to add logging, to our heartbeat messages to identify the server so we can track this down more easily.
