The first thing is to make sure you are not connected to the Sierra Chart Data Feeds from both systems at the same time. If they are, then you will get the error that you are getting and you will need to ensure that you are only connected from one system at a time. If you are only connected to the data from one system, then that is where you use the Forced Login option, in order to ensure that the system that your systems have the updated information from our servers on which one is connected and which one is not.
