There is no support to only evaluate the formula at the very first trade of a new bar, nor is there a way to force this option since these are Renko bars and not time-based (if they were time-based, then you could check the time and only alert within the first 1 second (or so) of the opening of the bar. The only option to do what you want would be to code your alert in ACSIL.
