Thanks coming back; this is for your information to help you improve things were possible. Yesterday before I contacted you with my symbol problem I did try manually several times. The problem was every time I tried Sierra charts frozen to the extent I couldn't even switch it off normally I had to use task manager. When you put the symbol into the system last evening it worked immediately for me. I hope that helps. |
