There are two possible reasons for this. 1. The password entered in Sierra Chart is incorrect. Please ensure that it is entered properly. Note that you can view the actual password being entered by using the "Show" button to the right of the password entry field. 2. The account is not authorized with TransAct to use Sierra Chart.
