Thanks John. It doesn't look like Volume - Ask Volume Bid Volume Total or Bar Delta - Ask Volume Vid Volume Difference are in the supported list for that setting: Numbers Bars: Calculated Values Number Format When I set Use Default Number Formatting for All Subgraphs to Yes, it has no effect on the Totals or the Delta per bar.
