You should have your Current Selected Service set to Interactive Brokers and you should be getting the real-time data from us for the CBOE Indices and U.S. Equities (the exchanges you have activated). The only reason why you would have the issue you are stating is if the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to No. This should be set to Yes.
