Good afternoon, I am using Sierra charting software with Infinity Futures broker. I want to change my laptop to a newer laptop so I installed Sierra charting through Infinity charting and I am having 2 issues on my new charts compared to the old one. I asked my representative in Infinity Futures but he could not help me with these issues so he directed me to you. My first issue is that my active trade is not showing on the chart even though chart trade mode is on, it only shows on the DOM How can I fix this? My second issue is that my DOM disappears every time I minimize it. On my old laptop it stayed at the bottom of the screen so I could open it up when I needed it. On the new chart if I minimize it, it disappears and I have to open it from the control panel again. Is there any way I can fix this? On my old laptop and chart I did not have any of these issues.
