If you are considered a professional by the EUREX, and you have to pay the exchange fee through your broker also, then contact us. Or if there is no way to avoid paying the EUREX exchange fee through your broker as well, let us know and provide details. When it comes to market data feeds, and Sierra Chart, if there were not exchange fees, then we would require our own data feed to be used for the exchanges that are provided by the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The main issue, is having to pay an exchange fee twice in certain circumstances. So what we are going to do in the case of EUREX, is if you are on the Service Package 10 or higher, then it will not be necessary to activate the EUREX exchange fee access to still be able to access real-time EUREX data, from an external source other than the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The first post in this thread has been updated to indicate this. We really do want users to be using the Sierra Chart provided EUREX data feed because it is the very best and gives the best impression when using Sierra Chart, and is much easier for us to support.
