The option "Auto Scale the Chart DOM" is not there as this is not a Stand-Alone Trading DOM, that is the one where that option is available. To begin with, you have the Reset option available. If it is not doing what you want, then it's a matter of setting up the scaling as you want. The Trading DOM uses a Constant Range scaling, so you may want to try that with your Chart DOM and then just use the Reset. It should get you pretty close to what you are wanting.
