Hi there, I have been using the service package 5 w/ Denali for the last 6 months. As my usage time is set to be renewed next week, I noticed that instead of Service Package 5, my current package was set to Service Package 11. At the moment, one of my recurring services is: - $3.25 Denali - Activated Exchange: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts Was my package automatically upgraded because it is cheaper to buy Service package 11? If yes, could you help me understand the prices of the services included in service package 11? I could not understand the $8/month difference between Service package 5($28.8/month) and Service package 11($36.8/month). I ask because, as described above, I pay $3.25/month for Denali.
