Dear Support, I am a paid subscriber of the newly available Denali/CFE datafeed to test the available symbols. When I try to open symbols (either historical or intraday charts or DOMs), most of the listed symbols do not show any data and I get one the following results/messages: 'Downloading Failed - Error downloading historical Intraday/Daily Data...' or 'Historical Download Complete' but no chart/data is displayed. I am trying to open charts for the following CFE symbols: R3, VN, VX, VXTY, W1, XBT Only the VX (VIX) futures contracts open properly and display both market depth and historical/intraday charts. Can you please check the additional symbols and make them available? Or let me know if this is a local issue here and I need to update/change something. I am running SierraChart v2270 Thank you. |
