We are seeing the following in your log:
SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2 | 2021-06-18 10:23:04.039

This means that you have too many connections to the data service, not the number of computers. But, you should not have this issue if you have just 2 installations on the same computer (that is not a problem). If you have 3 installations, then that would cause an issue.

But, we do find this a bit odd, as the system is also showing that you do not have any additional systems in use, so it's not caused by a separate computer.

What we need for you to do is to exit out of your Sierra Chart software (all instances) and then log back in again and use the Forced Login option for the logins. Refer to the information here:
Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login

Let us know if you have an issue after that.
