Do you have a different Sierra Chart account, or is the account from which you posted your only one? If the account from which you posted is your only account, then the issue is that the account is expired and you need to pay for your Sierra Chart Usage Time in order to get data into the system. We do not completely lock you out of using Sierra Chart when you are not paying, but you can not get any new data into the system.
