It was our understanding that you could still open Sierra Chart using the same mechanism that you did before. You would need to ask Infinity/TransAct if they changed this. In the meantime, you should have an icon on your desktop for Sierra Chart itself, so you should be able to start Sierra Chart from the icon. If that works, and you do not mind, then it may just be easiest to continue to start the TransAct/Infinity software separate from Sierra Chart.
