For historical data issues it is best to contact us rather than OEC because OEC cannot directly help with the problem. The backend connection we have to OEC was not connecting because the OEC server was down and this is what caused the problem. At this time the historical data has been restored. For instructions to download the missing data, refer to help topic 7.1: Http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails7.html If you still have missing data, let us know what particular symbol and we will fill it in. Try setting historical data server to SC historical. then try a delete and download from 1800ET, Sunday or I guess in your case the close on Friday 02.28.14. All the data should fill - then switch to OEC for realtime. Do you mean setting the Service to SC Historical Data? The problem with this, is that the symbology is different. The Sierra Chart Historical Data service uses two digit years. Although for the current contract a single digit year probably would work.
