The first thing is to start with a fresh Color Bar Based on Alert Condition. There are a lot of settings on that study that can affect the results. Therefore, it is best to remove what you have so far, and start over. Then, in the Alert enter "=1". Make sure the Alert itself is Enabled (which it should be by default). Once you select OK (or Apply), all of the bars should turn the selected color. If you do not get this, then let us know. Then you can change your alert condition from there and see the results.
