Hi support, I have an account with AMP. My account balance is now below $100 USD. Since the balance is low, AMP disabled my account until the balance is back at $100 USD or more. For the past couple of days, I've been using the internal Trade Simulation Mode with real time data from Denali. I'm not prepared to transfer more funds to AMP just yet, I'm not trading well. My Sierra Chart package and Denali are still active and set for renewal mid June, however, the Exchange Fee payment is due now. This is my question: if I pay the Exchange Fee, will I still be able to trade with real time data using the Trade Simulation Mode, even though AMP disabled my account due to low balance? NOTE: I have been using the internal Trade Simulation Mode and not the Simulated Trading Service. Thank you in advance for your help |
