Hi, I recently exported data from NQ100 actual contractual period to a .txt file for a usage in my automated system and I find out that the values in the Volume / Number of trades column within the data dont match to the Volume indicator I use in Sierra when evaluating my signals. Could I ask you for an explanation if there is a correlation between these two things? Is the Volume or Number of Trades or any column in the exported .txt file (Edit - Export intraday data to a txt file) the same that I can see in the Volume indicator (just Volume in the Studies)? Is there any way I can export the values from Volume indicator? What I did was I took the .txt file data, sum the columns for the particular minute and compare to the value of the minute bar in the Volume indicator to see if the volume is the same and it wasnt. It was different by hundreds or more, sometimes less, but definitely different. Thank you |
