I already read everything in support board acoording to transactWS but it has been for a while (around 4 months) that has been impossible to connect.. Transact support say that there is no problem with them because is already opt into sierra, credentials and everything. So basically the problems is your side according to transact support.. I would like to recieve any help with this pls I dont know what else to do. The problem is "Connection error message from service - Account logon". I dont know if the software version has anything to do with this problem. Let me know if you need anything from the log. Thanks for your help |
