This morning SC was functioning properly except for NGN21 in both the Main instance and sub instance 3 whereby all symbols were real time but NGN21 which was frozen. Step 1 DIS/CON main instance this fixed the real time issue for both instances. But sub instance 3 again had the missing DOM data Step 2 DIS/CON sub instance 3 This fixed the DOM Data issue If nothing else SC is consistent. Although NGN21 being frozen in the MAIN instance was something new. I'm guessing I had some type of ISP interruption over night, however I speculate. I understand I'm not providing the requisite data to debug this issue. As prior to the trading Day I need to get prepared and its difficult to collect the Data which I've done in the Past or even let the current state of SC sit until I hear from you and get prepared prior to the open. I can suggest that after RTH I can simulate a DATA interruption by turning the router OFF/ON and perhaps we could schedule a call if I manage to duplicate the issue.
