We have changed the schedule, we have done the release of market by order data on a separate connection, effective this Wednesday (2021-05-26) at 17:40:00. So this is in effect now. We will be sending out a notice to users this evening shortly. We are monitoring the data feeds to make sure everything is working properly. If there is any issue we will revert back but we do not expect that. Make sure you are running a current version of Sierra Chart. Update instructions: Software Download: Fast Update You will need to set Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> Use Separate Connection for Market by Order Data to Yes. And then reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers This needs to be done to continue to have access to the market by order data. We have also lowered the minimum order quantity to be sent to 4 at this time. To control the minimum order quantity received from the server and therefore displayed, refer to: Market By Order Data: Adjusting Minimum Quantity to Display for Market by Order Data Therefore, if the minimum quantity of 4 now is too low you can increase this.
