Check your Chart Update Interval, as it might be set too high. Refer to the information here: Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu) Be sure you read through the sections linked from the above so you fully understand the Chart Update Interval and the impact it can have if it is set too low. The other thing we want to point out is that the symbols that you show in the video are CME Group symbols. You are signed up to get Real-Time data from us for the EUREX. So it could be that what you are seeing is coming from your data source. You should be sure to look at whether you see a difference with the data for the EUREX versus the CME Group.
