Hello, I'm currently in the TopStep combine, and am getting data for another platform which I'm trading from, because initially, Sierra was offered as a compatible platform, but support was dropped. I still have chosen to use Sierra for charting though, and do executions via the other platform. So that said, while I'm in the trading combine, I don't have a broker, and certainly don't want to pay $460/month for the data I need. So I'm looking into the Amp workaround here: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement So if I do that, then I'll get the Denali data for the $3.25 exchange fee (for all exchanges with no DOM)? Amp says on their website they require a $500 deposit to open an account with them... is this different if you're not signing up for Rithmic or anything and just using it with Sierra, or does it mean you put in the $500, but can withdraw $400, because you only need the $100 to do the Sierra verification? Also, once you do the verification, do you have to keep redoing it monthly, yearly, etc, or is it just a one-time thing? Is it safe to get a brokerage account, and then get another one from TopStep? Is it legal to have two? I heard at one point that it wasn't. Thanks in advance. :) |
