If we are understanding what you are wanting to do, then you would just use the Study Subgraph Reference study to display the value you want from the Numbers Bars Calculated Values study. Then set the Draw Type to Bar and the Scale to Automatic Zero Based (just be sure that the values you are displaying are all positive values for that scale option to work properly).
