Help topic 2.2.2 was in regards to this: Also, the bar for 4/19 does not match on both - they are very different and I am curious as to why.
From 12.5: Make certain you have the Historical Daily Data Download Time in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Historical Data Service Settings set to the appropriate time. This should be a time which is after the day session trading ends. This setting is relative to the Time Zone setting in Sierra Chart. For example, if you use the US Eastern Time Zone in Sierra Chart, then you may want to set this to 17:00 (5:00 PM). After the historical data download occurs, and there is data for the next trading day that has been downloaded, then you will see a new bar appear at that time in the case of the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. Historical Daily data may not be available immediately after the day session ends. There likely is going to be a delay. Therefore, make certain you specify a download time which is about 10 or 15 min. after the day session ends for the markets that you follow.
