First, check your Trade Service Log and your Message Log to see if they have any information on why the order did not fill. Next, you would need to take it one step at a time and see what might be happening. Just try to put a Buy Limit order on and then move it well above the current price and make sure it fills. Then do the same with Sell Limit. And add to them until you are back to your original setup and see if you still have a problem.
