Usage time has been added to your account from the Additional Services Balance. The market data feed has been activated and paid for until the end of March for your account. However, the CME exchange is not currently enabled. Since your market data feed agreement got approved in March 1 according to GMT time, technically it is too late to get the fee waiver. We will see if there is something that can be done, but that will be special handling which will take time. Starting Sunday evening if you want real-time CME data, you will need to enable the exchange as explained at steps 6 and 7 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions Otherwise, you will not get the real-time data.
